NACTA, UNODC, and Danish Embassy Organize ‘Play for Peace’ Football Match to Promote Tolerance and Strengthen Efforts Against Violent Extremism”

NACTA in collaboration with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the Embassy of Denmark, Islamabad organized a football match at IMCB H-9 College, initiating the project ‘Strengthening Pakistan’s Response to effectively prevent the spread of violent extremism virtually and amongst youth in vulnerable communities (SPREE)’. The football match was themed “Play for Peace,”. The event highlighted sports as a powerful tool which can foster peace and tolerance among youth and society.
